By the next day I send you a link to a design with your name, services and area. If you don’t like it, you pay nothing.
03/50% deposit
Look
I send you an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once it’s paid, I fill the design with your photos and copy. The three business days start from the deposit and your materials.

Launch
You review and approve the finished site. After the final payment I launch it on your own domain, registered in your name.

From the Standard package, your Google profile and Maps setup is included (otherwise $300): I complete your profile, connect it to your site and to Bing and Apple Maps, and set the site up for search engines.
The inquiry form sends messages straight to your email. A customer writes on Sunday evening, you read it on Monday morning. From the Standard package.
On a phone your number is always at hand, with a Call button. No copying numbers, no hunting for contact details in the footer.
A lean, fast build with no plugins to slow it down. It loads quickly even on mobile data.
I register the domain directly in your name. The website and the address belong to you, I’m only listed as the technical contact.
Prices, photos, opening hours, contact details. Small edits are part of website care for $55 a month, usually done the same day.

Payment: a 50% deposit once you confirm the order, the rest after you approve the finished site. I launch it on your domain after the final payment.
If I don’t deliver the website, I refund the deposit in full within three business days.
A complete redesign of a finished site costs $599, other larger changes I quote in advance. But you pick the look from designs before the deposit, so almost nobody needs a redesign.

I measure your search position and profile stats now and after 4 weeks (8 weeks for the $350 option) and send you both. If there’s no improvement, I refund you within 3 business days and return the profile to how it was.
Nobody can honestly promise first place. The profile stays yours and you can remove me as a manager at any time.
07/Website care
Launching a website isn’t enough. It has to stay alive.
Hosting, domain, backups and small edits — prices, photos, opening hours, contact, a new review. You write to me and it’s usually done the same day. New pages or a redesign aren’t included, we handle those separately and I tell you the price up front.
With Standard the first month of care is free, with Complete the first two. The paid period starts after that. Care is optional — your site runs without it, you just pay for hosting and the domain yourself.

What people ask
I already have a website. Is a new one worth it?
Open it on your phone right now. If the menu falls apart, the text is tiny and you can’t tap the number, customers leave without you ever knowing. Look at the sample sites above — that’s how yours could look. If your current site brings in inquiries, keep it and change nothing.
What will you need from me?
Not much. I take your services and service area from your Google profile, you just correct what’s off. Mostly I need photos. I send you a short list of photos that work well on a website (you at work, finished jobs, your premises), and you pick the ones you have or take them on your phone. Anything you can’t provide I fill with neutral photos until you have your own.
It helps if you mark in the form below which sample you like most. Then I know where to start.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. I register the domain in your name, so you own it from day one, I’m only listed as the technical contact and pay the renewal as part of website care. If you ever want to leave, you take the domain and the whole site with you, just remove my access. I don’t hold anything hostage.
What will my website address be?
We agree on it right at the start. Usually it’s your business name, like smithplumbing.com. I check it’s available and register it. The domain is included in the package price.
How does payment work?
We confirm by email what I deliver and for how much. I send an invoice for the 50% deposit, and once it’s paid I build the site. You pay the rest only when you approve the finished site. If I didn’t deliver, you get the deposit back in full.
What if I want to change something after launch?
Small edits are part of website care for $55 a month — prices, photos, opening hours, contact, a new review. You write and it’s done, I don’t bill by the hour. Larger changes, like a new page, I quote separately in advance, never after the fact. A complete redesign costs $599.
Are the photos on the sample sites real?
No. The sample sites are designs for fictional businesses — names, phone numbers, prices and photos are illustrative. They show how your site will look and work, not whose work it is. Your site will show photos of your own work that you send me.
What are the sites built with?
A modern, fast website platform — no WordPress and no plugins that need updates and patches. Your site runs on a global network built for speed, so there’s very little that can be hacked or break, and it loads quickly even on mobile data.
I have a logo. What if I don’t?
If you have a logo, I work it into the site and match the colors to it — just send it with your materials. If you don’t, no problem: I build the site on good typography and color, and your name works as the brand. A logo isn’t required.

Yes. When you recommend someone and they order a website from me, you get a month of care for free — for every such customer, there’s no limit on referrals.
There are three simple conditions. It counts once the referred customer pays the deposit — a recommendation or a casual inquiry isn’t enough. Tell me their name in advance, or have them say who sent them when they order, I can’t credit it after the fact. And the month is deducted from your next care payment — it isn’t paid out in cash. If you don’t have care at the moment, I switch it on for that month for free and we continue only if you want.
